domestic shipping in the Pakistan is currently FREE for all orders over $100. although, we have the right to revert free shipping at any time. 

domestic orders under $100 are a flat rate of $8.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN/EXCHANGE INFORMATION 

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn and unused products within 30 days of purchase. please email us at info@safooratextile.com to initiate your return/exchange. the customer is responsible for shipping and customs on all international returns and return shipping on exchanges. the returned/exchanged merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. returned/exchanged items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the packing slip. we reserve the right to deny any return or exchange. once the original item purchased has been returned, all refunds will be processed to their original form of payment  within 7 business days. exchanges will be shipped out within 7 business days. customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees.
