Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within Texas at our local tax rate.

Safoora does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on www.safooratextile.com if the item selected for purchase is not available, we will contact you as soon as realized to notify you of the cancellation.

all prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. in the instance that an item has been listed incorrectly, Safoora reserves the right to refuse sale at the incorrect price and will offer the item at the corrected price. 

upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically generated confirming the purchase intent.  this receipt does not become a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraud, discovery of an incorrect price, or any other reason we see fit. if your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Safoora will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the purchase.
